I have found a lot of these Diactor bilineatus (Coreidae: Coreinae: Anisoscelini) Amazonian leaf-footed bug feeding on the base of the flowers of our maracuja plants, the few that survived the mini cyclone that hit the Pinheira SC area this week. They seem to do little damage to the plants.
You can make out the proboscis in the first photo piercing the flower base.

Hello again, Roddy, thanks for sharing these images of this bug that is, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful critters in the Brazilian fauna.
